Program Overview

A degree in broadfield science education will prepare you to teach any science class starting with fourth graders to seniors in high school. Develop students' science skills through experiments, lessons, and projects. Demonstrate to your students how observation and investigation in science class can be applied to other core subject areas in school.

Choose an area of emphasis for your teacher degree in science:
  • Biology

  • Physics

Students who desire licensure in another state must contact their state department of education for details about whether or not this coursework will meet state requirements.
